Something is wrong with the products I received. What should I do?

I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Naturally, a piece of jewelry might look slightly different in person than you expected. Should you wish to exchange or return a piece of jewelry, that is possible. After receiving your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you decide to return the order within this period, you then have 14 days to do so, provided the jewelry is undamaged and packaged in its original and undamaged packaging (jewelry box and shipping box).
If you wish to return a piece of jewelry, please contact us via info@dallure.nl. You can also fill out the withdrawal form and include it with the package.

PLEASE NOTE: the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Goods to be returned must be unused and sent back in their original packaging.
If I return an item, what about shipping costs?
There are no costs associated with returning an order, except for shipping costs. These are at your own expense. Within 14 days, the full purchase amount – including the original shipping costs – will be refunded by us. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days for this to appear on your account (statement).

Under normal use, you receive a standard one-year warranty.
